THE DETAILS
- Rent amounts are for 12 equal installments per bedspace.
- Total rate for the term = Rate per Bedspace x 12
- Non-refundable application fee of $30 per applicant is due upon application.
- Internet is included.
- A deposit of $350 + $35/month charged for cats and dogs (breed and weight restrictions apply).
- Security Deposit equal to 2 month’s rent will be due with executed lease (Waived with a qualifying guarantor).
- A tech fee of $5/month is charged for all leases

- Premium Floor (or Flr Prem) – Placed on the 9th to 12th floor
