Applying for an apartment at The Rive Eugene is easy! You can apply for the available floor plan of your choice by clicking on our website’s apply button and filling out our online application or by contacting our leasing office! We look forward to welcoming you home.

What Is An Individual Lease?

Individual leases represent independence. When you lease an apartment at The Rive Eugene, you’ll sign your own individual lease agreement. That means you’re responsible solely for your portion of the rent and not your roommates’. The rent you pay pertains exclusively to your bedroom and your share of the total cost of the unit. No more worrying about anybody’s finances but your own!

Is A Guarantor Required?

Yes. At The Rive Eugene, we require residents to have a guarantor to sign a lease. Guarantors are third parties who ensure timely and full payment of the rent. Contact us today to learn more!

Do Apartments Come Furnished?

Yes! Each of our UO student apartments comes fully furnished! Living rooms at The Rive Eugene have a sofa, coffee table, mounted SMART TV, and media stand. Kitchens boast barstool seating, quartz countertops, a large-basin sink with a faucet sprayer and garbage disposal, and stainless-steel appliances, including an oven with a full stovetop, microwave, refrigerator, and dishwasher. Each bedroom has a bed with a full-size memory foam mattress, under-bed storage, a desk, a chair, and standard closet shelving. Bathrooms have glass shower doors, quartz surface vanities, and shower wall panels. Your apartment home also features wood-style flooring, track lighting, an in-home stackable washer and dryer, and USB power outlets!

Is Parking Available?

Yep! Residents of The Rive Eugene have exclusive access to secure, covered parking. To discuss securing your personal parking spot, contact our leasing office. Spaces are limited and leased on a first-come, first-served basis, so be sure to inquire about getting your spot as soon as possible.

Our residents’ peace of mind is our number one priority. We provide a number of on-site services including camera surveillance, electronic key unit entry, and a virtual doorman courtesy of ButterflyMX®  to foster a secure environment for the community.

Where Does My Mail Go?

Each of our UO apartments has its own mailbox in the mailroom on the first floor of the building, located near the resident lounge and leasing office. If a package doesn’t fit in the unit’s mailbox, it will be delivered to our leasing office, where staff will keep it safe until you’re ready to pick it up.

How Do I Pay My Rent?

We make things easy with our online Resident Portal. Rent can be paid entirely online and can even be automated. When you become a resident, you’ll create an account to access your Resident Portal, where you’ll see an option in the dashboard to pay your rent each month.

How Do I Make A Maintenance Request?

Submitting a maintenance request is easy. To submit a maintenance request, all residents must do is navigate to the “maintenance” tab of our community’s resident portal. There, residents can submit new maintenance requests, see a log of past requests, and track each request’s status.
